POSITION DUTIES:
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will analyze, design, test, support, maintain and validate various software and information systems; recommend system modifications, upgrades or process improvements based on business needs.
Job Requirement: This position requires the following:
i) Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field of study; 2 years of job-related experience (any title)
ii) Experience to include working with Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow, ITSM/ITOM, ITIL process, Scrum, Agile System Development Life Cycle, Integrate tools and System administrator.
iii) Frequent travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations within the U.S. possible. The anticipated frequency of travel is approximately 5% of the time and is intermittent in nature. No permanent relocation is required.
